Whats on tonights Menu

Last nights striped bass made by my wife
Fish rubbed in various herbs, lightly baked with leeks and asparagus topped with an olive based chutney or salsa
Somehow it worked great and was delicious👍

I love hot dogs and Sabretts are pretty good. If you haven’t had a natural casing Hummel I would suggest you try them. I think they blow Sabretts away. They are made in CT, and Stew Leonards sells them. I haven’t been to their new Long Island location but I would assume they carry them. Sometimes they have the regular skinless I think they are called but more often than not they have the natural casing. THE BEST!!!
