Too big for the area, even with pruning overhung the walkway

Well since I missed my trip this morning, I was forced to do yard work. I needed to dethatch so the company can come aerate, overseed and top dressing. Afterwards I ran the mower with bag over the whole lawn to get whatever I missed with rake.

Thanks, I enjoy doing yard work. I usually do a North-South pass and then a day or two later a east-west pass. Not sure I'll be able to get the other direction done before the company comes to do the other work.

Why oh why can’t I just relax on my day off?
Taking the Lyland down the 4-5 foot they grew this year

Keeping the yard looking pristine to keep up with the neighbors is a total waste of energy. My yard looks like crap, but the seagulls, turkeys, crows, bobcats, squirrels, eagles, ospreys, etc. nor my 2 next door neighbors have yet to register a complaint...

I do it for me because I like to. If I was lucky enough to live up by you my landscape would be all natural

You’re a brave soul climbing and working off that ladder; I’m jealous.
