How are you going to break down all that waste in a manner that you can dispose of it without violating some ordinance?

How are you going to break down all that waste in a manner that you can dispose of it without violating some ordinance?

Tied up in bundles no longer than 4 feet in the garbage men take it. They basically take everything I put out no matter what it is. I treat them very well.
