A 2020 limit. so sad

I usually cook bluefish using a piece of hickory wood, season the blue fish, put in the oven at 350 degrees, cook for 20 minutes, take it out, scrape the blue fish off and then eat the piece of hickory wood.?

We don't have Hickory up here so we use a wet Cedar shingle.
