Are the Fresh Reports AI or written by a real person ?

I read the Fresh Reports shown on top of the NY Angler webpage and I wonder if it's accurate ? It said there was a Big Run of Tiderunner Weakfish in Jones Inlet a couple of weeks ago?

First guys, I apologize for the issues we have here as I'm trying to push out a lot at one time.

What I'm doing here will be the future. It's AI agents running all over where they can scrape and read. Also we have many partners who are directly delivering data. We grab commercial fishing data and we grab everything. Then that runs through probably 20 different processes to come out with an analysis and a report you're reading. For all the knowledge I have under my belt about fishing, we have developed highly sophisticated algorithms on proprietary data that we have been learning on for close to three years

I predicted in the 90s that magazines would go away and I'm predicting now sports writers, reporters, anyone that relies on what we call group data will soon be a thing of the past.

AI can be very useful if it gets information here and there . I read one report that had information from a fishing report I posted. Just now I went on Yahoo and asked what a can of Bunker chum is and AI gave me prices at 3 or 4 local Bait Shops like J&H. Is a can of bunker chum $40 ?

Just how far AI can go in so far as where, when, and the intricacies of the bite, in my mind, remain to be seen. AI is in its infancy so time will tell, but it has vast potential.

Most fishermen, and most of the good ones, AI will never know about because they keep their fishing reports off all media.

So for now, I treat AI fishing reports as just another……”arrow of information in my quiver.” Keep in mind the old saying………. “It’s not the arrow, it’s the Indian”

We track the analyst's predictions and what happens. I can have the AI whip out exactly how many it did but last week they made 14-16 offshore predictions and 14 of them came true. It predicted the inshore by ten days ahead of time. And offshore data is the easiest to come by. And there's so much we're doing to confirm things, including tracking boats with AIS. My model confirms where boats were whenever it can. Doesn't happen often but it happens enough.
