Are the Fresh Reports AI or written by a real person ?

I read the Fresh Reports shown on top of the NY Angler webpage and I wonder if it's accurate ? It said there was a Big Run of Tiderunner Weakfish in Jones Inlet a couple of weeks ago?

My understanding is that reports are AI generated. That said, I would have to think that AI is getting information for a report that a human made somewhere.
