Headed out with Frank P and Will, left super early to fish the tide. Decided to stop at the bridge and give it a try. We had instant life three shorts right away for Frank. Will and I followed with our own shorts, then Frank comes tight with a nice 19.5, I follow with a 20” fish a few more shorts and it slowed down. Off to our original spot again as we got there instant life picked away at shorts for awhile then Will boats another keeper just shy 20” made a move a little bit and picked away at shorts. Things slowed down until I got slammed Frank slips the net under my beautiful 25” fish. Will has a decent on just about to net him and he spits the hook would’ve been another keeper. Tide ended and so did the bite. We started making our way back and stopped where we started at the bridge tide started coming in and picked at shorts, then I boated another keeper. Most of the shorts were on bucktails with gulps had a single hook above the bucktails and had live killies on the hook all the keepers and many shorts were enjoying the live bait.
