Does anyone have any experience, or thoughts on using a Chinese tuna fillet round belly knife?

Interesting! I think that it might take some time to get used to that knife.
Also, I thought I had relatively sharp knives. Those had to be the sharpest knives I have seen.

It sure looks effective. But I'm thinking it will take a while to get down. It's get one if I was back in the day, but my tuna days are far and few.
