The point of the matter I am making is, everyone has a choice. Comorbidities, compromised immune system etc... by all means, do as you wish, take the vax or don't.
However, for the healthy and young, people have a choice. And if the risk of infection and transmission is low, leave us the f alone. And quite frankly, if I get it, I have a 98+% chance of surviving. I'll take those odds over an experimental mRNA drug that as NO LONG TERM STUDIES. (It is not even about FDA approval for me....They will grant that within months regardless).
And for the record:
Sister in LA, no vax, never got Covid
Sister in AZ, no vax, Never got covid
73 year old mom works part time in Stop & Shop, great health, no Vax, never got it
Sister in SC, got it last year, flu symptoms for a week
Neighbors got it last year, flu symptoms for a week.
Parent on our soccer team got it this spring, flu symptoms for a week.

An official told ABC News on Monday that the "vast majority" of the 132 Covid-19 cases were among vaccinated individuals. At least 33 people in a nursing home in Yarmouth on Cape Cod have tested positive

Dr. Janet Whelan, a member of the Provincetown Board of Health, confirmed that the vaccinated could be spreading the Coronavirus: “The most interesting thing to me about this cluster of cases is so many of the people infected were vaccinated, which sort of means that a lot of the people that are vaccinated who are exposed to it may feel safe, but may also transmit it to others.” ABC News however dismissed the spread as being “not a major concern”.
Have had two married friends and mothers in their mid 30s choose to do exactly that.
For all I know I could be infected right now but asymptomatic due to my shots. As far as I am concerned, its up to the minority in the US who are not vaccinated to protect themselves if they want. Apparently a lot of ppl
Fat ppl can exercise
Drug addicts can quit
Drunk drivers can take cabs
Smokers can quit , vape or use patchs
Sun worshipers can stay in the shade
I’m always confused by the fact that you simply don’t get it
We all chose to take our own risk , when and as we want
covid is no different
Ppl have a choice to vax or not to
You have a choice as to where and how you deal with it ,
You vax
You mask up
Suit up
Or stay home
Exactly like many of us do with say drunk drivers , while I have every right to go out on certain holidays like New Years I dont
Why because it protects me from the aggravation and possible danger of the drunk
My choice
like I do with the flu I don’t get the flu shot don’t feel the need
But I do stay away from sick ppl even colds and ask them to stay away from me
Even my own crew has always been banished from the boats when sick
Sick stay home you don’t belong out
Again my choice
I guess this was just the same rant again

The rest of us will do us as we see fit
this is going to be with us in some way shape or form forever as is the common cold and seasonal flu
Better get used to it or your going to live a masked up locked down existence till you die

My own natural immunity protects me. And i really don't think there is any "asymptomatic transfer".
And yes, it's up to each individual to decide for themselves.

Only wish you guys knew how bad it is in Europe. More so in South Africa right now, the riots we had have nothing on theirs. The citizens are organizing and shooting them because of food shortages due to Covid restrictions. To political and gore for me to post videos.
