such nice people

The “Your World with Neil Cavuto” host broadcast from his home, where he said he was still infected, but grateful his vaccinations were likely staving off serious illness. During that program, Cavuto had an assistant read tweets and emails — some of which were supportive and some that were not — regarding his recovery.
One of the negative messages came from John in New Orleans. “Heard you’re back on the show this week,” it read. “That’s too bad.”

Apparently it isn’t just mainstream news outlets that get hate mail from Fox News viewers.
On Tuesday, Fox News host and cancer survivor Neil Cavuto shared angry messages he received from viewers who seemed upset that he’d promoted life saving inoculations after testing positive for COVID-19 last week.

This is an amazing, behind the scenes, read.

which is why we are getting our Moderna booster shots tomorrow. (Which vaccine did the Canadian hockey players get?) then again, although the dead guy, while admittedly 75 years old, was athletic, did he have other underlying conditions and they still blame the virus ?

SWMBO and I got the Moderna Booster yesterday morning. I would have waited a few months but she is going to Disneyworld with her sis in the new year and wanted it sooner than later. I figure next year's booster if there is one will be combined with the flu shot which we both already got. Arms are just a bit sore today and last night. No fatigue, headache, or any other side effects and don't expect any. CVS annotated our original easy to forge paper cards. Strolled around the new Whole Foods right after the shots. Very impressive joint. Will be back.
