Coronavirus

No matter what they will have to open things up again and we will continue to have problems, but I do agree there is a limit to how long (and not much longer) we can stay shut down without severe consequences including what was posted from the IMF. What we did was buy some time and keep it under control while we study it and come up with ways to handle it, if we even can!!

This shutdown I believe, was to slow down the spread, not stop it. It seems to be far more contagious than that. The slow down has saved some lives so that our hospital system wasn't overwhelmed. It seems to have accomplished that.

You boys and girls are going to need to come to the realization
That while your opinion isn’t invalid , I don’t hold it but I do understand it

it’s not universally held or accepted , no matter how caring or feeling it is

and it can’t be maintained here or around the globe
It’s simply unsustainable, and frankly unrepeatable
Sooner you get your head around that the better off you’ll be

The virus is a problem. The economic impact can hit us even harder. I’m waiting for the other shoe to drop with the market. I think it’s gonna get pretty ugly.

Exactly and maybe build up herd immunity in my opinion that's the only way we get past this.

So what happens if we open everything?

This person is no different than all the reporters that twist and turn whatever President Trump says, they sit there asking ridiculous questions and don't even understand when he is thinking of something that is so far beyond their realm of imagination or understanding.

No one should have ever thought, let alone report The President meant to ingest raw cleaning fluids.... rather than science develop a cleaning system for the Human Body

Assholes.

So what happens if we open everything?

It’s not all about

it’s about what happens if we don't

the bigger question is
How long can we do this before the damage goes from catastrophic to irreparable
And how are you going to Handel it when it comes back or something else comes

because there’s simply no way you can withstand doing this again most likely ever but at a minimum 100 years

I know the swiss idea seamed harsh
But it’s going to be fast and in the end the havent exhausted their every resource for something for lack of a better term this minor
These numbers don’t add up

but to your question
It’ll spike
Some will get sick
Most will heal
Some sadly will pass
Hopefully we will be in a more prepared position
And we will move on to the fall

where
Some will get sick
Most will heal
Some sadly will pass
And hopefully we will be more prepared

until we have a vaccine or therapeutics

No, we shouldn't open everything. Only the hotspots should have been closed down and remain closed till the fire slows down. As new ones surface, then close em'. There was an overreaction by our government.
What do you consider "hot spots"
