What break thru nothing has changed you can still get it and spread it with or without your masking/sanitizing/all three of your shots.Funny part is you dont understand the unvaxxed arent worried about getting it from the vaxxed but the vaxxed seem to be worried about getting it even though they are vaxxed Hence getting fooled

We got vacced to try to avoid getting it or lessening the effects if we did get. Otherwise we wouldn't have gotten vaccinated in the forst place.

So yes. I take precautions for both groups.
