My 92 yr old dad tested positive on Thursday. Aches, coughing.... temperature spikes last 2nights but no respiratory distress.

Because of his age I'm giving him tussin which loosens congestion but still lets him cough. Don't want to suppress the cough..........

He's eating during the day.

Hopefully the vax and boosters are working......

Hope your Dad bounces back quick, mine has transitioned to ST rehab to get his strength back. He's doing pretty well and is mostly out of the woods with the pneumonia.

I get that same reaction when I get the ‘senior dose’ of the Flu vaccine. Thats why I scheduled the Covid booster two weeks Later.

Started dad on Paxlovid. No fever last night. Seems better but still cautious. Lots of fluids as well.

Dad didn't have a fever for 2 days. Yesterday he was cleaning leaves. Thankfully he's doing much better.
