Curbside Pickup Approved for NY Tackle Shops

So the single owner clause is back, and we have been told by the EMPIRE STATE DEVELOPMENT offices, that the NON-ESSENTIAL RETAIL BAIT AND TACKLE SHOPS can OPERATE “curbside” delivery for orders placed by phone or online and allow ONE employee present in the store to fulfill orders.

You can thank the folks at Regal Bait and your local Bait shops for getting this done. We need to speak up folks before we lose the entire season.

I was able to get a half bushel of shucked clams from Causeway Bait and Tackle this afternoon just in case I can get out this weekend.

Does anyone know if you are allowed to use your boat if it is in a slip in a marina? Also are public ramps open for use?

Many but not all public ramps have been blocked with all sorts of almost immovable objects.
