Some how I doubt vaping leads young people too smoking

there are some bad reports about this stuff killing people......it all kills you...cigs...cigars...pipes....vape.....lung cancer is not a good way to go...the air we breathe is bad enough these days.....Throw all that chit in the garbage and go cold turkey

Agree and did that with Cigs years ago but I am not throwing out my Cigars and have cut down big time.

I'll be smoke free 2 years this coming Thanksgiving after nearly 50 years of smoking. The last 10 years @ 2 packs a day.
It was tough.
I still get cravings which have lately increased for some reason.
Only way I got off was by using Chantix.

When I was still up in NY paying $10 a pack I was spending $600 a month for the privilege of killing myself. $7200 a year.
Kept it up when I came down here - although I intended to quit. They were less than 1/2 the cost of what they were in NY ($4) so I went another 4 years before deciding there were cheaper ways to kill myself.

Decision was mostly financially driven rather than health driven. I figured after 50 years puffin' away - that chapter's already been written.

The way I interpreted the previous response was that kids that would not have started smoking are vaping as a social thing. With the thought it is "safe".

i quit 45 years ago on a Wednesday, that Friday I had to drive to our rented Ski House in Manchester Vermont. I was in a panic, it seemed to me that smoking was as important as having the keys to my car. I couldn’t image a 225 mile drive without smoking. I survived the weekend with the drinking etc. and that was all she wrote. It was hard but worth it.

Well back too Vaping the stuff these people died from was not your normal Vape product...THC is not part of the mix and most of the deaths are TCH related Vaping has been around more than 10 yrs and up untill now we never heard about anyone dying from it I know hundreds of people who it has helped quit smoking and not one of them has had any side affects from it
