From what Ive read/heard the legal stuff has no Vitamin E in it and I know a lot who Vape it without any issues at all

The CDC in analyzing the 2000+ people who are experiencing lung problems & or death from Vaping - Vitamin E oil was found in all patients (100% of those affected) - so legal or not there is an issue.
