Wall Street will be one of many major organizations and companies to leave the shitty. It will be interesting to see what happens when only the parasites and sycophants are left. I do see that house and property values on Lawnguyland will plummet with a corresponding negative impact on school districts. Maybe they will finally have to centralize, close schools and eliminate all the unneccessary assistant superintendants and principals. How long is a mayor's term ? This guy is only going to get one.

Just as expensive. We did the Yorktown, Williamsburg, Jamestown historical tour about five years back one early May (before fluke and pool opening time, lol.) Hit the humid UPPER 90s all three days.
