She announced she had left the show after last week's episode had aired.........

The little girl she kept seeing & no one else did was an hallcination caused by the fever as a result of being bitten &/or as a result of amputating her arm (infection set in?). She didn't leave with the others on the rafts as she knew it was the end & feared harimg them if she died while with them.

When she woke up after "falling asleep/passing out" on the beach after her companions had all left the little girl "appeared" & asked her how she felt. She replied she felt amazingly good. "100%" Which how one would expect to feel after death.

BTW - that little girl that she kept seeing was a younger version of herself.

Then again - with these shows one never knows if characters that appear to have been killed actually have been, Madison for one example. Had Alycia Debnam-Carey not made the departure announcment last week I would be doubting her death.
