Fluke/Black Sea Bass state regs may not be approved federally b4 seasons start!!

Due to staffing shortages Dept of Commerce head Howard Lutnick has still not approved regs that effect our whole coast. Some states need this in place for Friday May 1st. NJ and Maryland have urgently escalated this looming mess that will impose fed coastwide measures in lieu of what the states voted for. Any NY updates? The attached doc explains what's looming....
