Brother and I, both sailors, would use the phrase "Sailboat Fuel Between The Ears" for empty-headed ladies. In extreme cases it would morph into "Roaring 40s" which was great if one of us visually asked the other about the girl he was talking to in a bar. You could scream "Roaring 40s!!" across the bar without anyone, but the 2 of us having a clue...
