The oldest is home from school and it was a decent day. Went down to Jones Field 6 for a couple hours. No bites!
Saw a nice older gentleman next to us real in a nice over slot sized striper - I even took his pic, so he could prove to his wife that he does catch fish.
As we were leaving I threw out a pink jig head with a pink gulp atomic shrimp and caught a little shorty only about 8 inches.
But I wasn't skunked!
