in the front yard, facing west, the daffs are just 4" above ground. My backyard is mostly deck, patio and pool, always ten degrees warmer if there is a breeze.

Cherry Trees & Camellia blooming.

Rose Bushes are beginning to flower & the Banana Trees are coming up & Iris are sending up flower "pods".......

Banana Trees. Wonder if I'll get fruit again this year?

Hard to believe that these little shoots will be 12 to 15 foot trees by the Fall.

Just picked off the expired flowers off the ones in my backyard, but the ones in my front yard are in their glory as well, just the way I like it.

Its Summer time

It finally arrived!! Took a long time coming if you ask me! Just felt longer. Probably just because I'm older

Never the less summertime is in our hands! I for one know that I will make the most out of every second. Granted I still have to work, but only for five day in July

Weather was iffy for tonight, and BOY was it blowing all weekend. I grabbed the chance after work yesterday and was rewarded. The wind laid down, the fish cooperated, and there was a stunning sunset. Summer came early!

One of my newer 'favorites'. I've been listening to a lot of Michael Franti the past couple/few years. I really, really like him. Good upbeat summertime music! What's not to like?
