Good Morning Everyone.

Well just figured out my question from yesterday. Looks like there's a ton of condensation on the window that the lighthouse webcam is mounted in. Since it's very dry and cold this AM, the water must be on the inside. This makes sense since the cottage is undergoing renovations so mudding and painting would be putting a ton of moisture in the place...

Ah, it's owned and run by the Pemaquid Point Association, a bunch of PFAs who "grace" us with their presence during the summer. As a group they hire a local caretaker for all their houses, not that's real PFA!! By virtue of my frequent walks around that area, you can count the number of year-round residents on one hand, even if that hand is missing a few fingers. Will be interesting to see if that changes this year, but few places have heat...

They're most likely clueless because they're all back in their NY, NJ, CT, GA, VA, etc. estates and don't really care, just like ignoring the problem with the anemometer not working. Why would anyone care about the wind speed???
