Upon further reflection, I never went out. I love the fog, keeps the Googans down and provides stealth from peering eyes. Wind no problemo in river, depending on fishing spots, direction and tide.
However, SW recently NG since the fish aren't hanging in SW lees on early ebb. I did battle yesterday evening with those conditions. Kept the Skunk Flag from flying by getting one fish, a 13" MONSTAH, but just not in the mood to do it all over again.
Wind should let up by this evening...
