Get a shady Brook….

Pleanty of juicy meat and 8 cups of drippings for the gravey.

We actually just confirmed this by checking the pirex bowl we strained it into was full, it holds 8 cups.

The meat remained juicy and carved up perfectly after standing for almost an hour.

Cooked it @ 325* for 4hrs.
