MEH, if my memory is correct Passover didn't start until the night of Holy Thursday, so matzoh wasn't necessary on Holy Taco Tuesday...

Regardless, corn tortillas have no wheat, so they are not leavened bread. As long as they weren't eating carnitas, they would pass the "K" test.
