Letting it hit the air before adding the vinegar is key.
I had to leave the room 3 times just to spoon it all into the jar, as my sinuses ran like a fire hose!

gonna grind some soon, we luv it in chicken soup and Turkey, Salmon Burgers…. I’ve learned to place a fan nearby, it’s fun… C22…
