Can't believe the storm, now well ashore, is still Cat 4 w/138 mph sustained winds!! Right now it will maintain hurricane status through it's entire pass through LA, and won't go from a Cat 1 storm to Tropical Storm until it gets to AR!!

In lieu of a $12 to 14K investment, I bought a 3500 Champion on wheels from Walmart just before Hurricane Irene (2011?)
Its been used twice, by my BIL after Irene to run frig and a light, and by my buddy to run a sump part to drain his crawl space after Sandy. If I can swap off the little genny on my freezer and my frig, we'll deal with the rest. I would hate to lose the weakfish and venison we haven't gotten to yet !

Looking like a fish storm. I am looking into north shore boats for next week or the shinnecock canal. 4-6 ft swells with larry next week. Or go night fishing for blues and bass on the fishfinder 5 to 930.
