Sat out in the heat today from 11;30 - 3:30, it was fun.

Sweating just sitting and reading.

Took 4 dips in the pool and showers 5 times ( outdoor shower ).

I figured it would be fun to enjoy a reall hot summer day before we all start complaining it’s Cold.

I will never complain its cold on that note Im pouring sweat

It just went back on. They replaced the Guinea pigs on the tredmills with larger rodents.

Was up to 93 out here today
Wind shifted to the east and blowing hard now
Temp dropped like 15-20 degrees out here...

Took my first swim in the pool yesterday and today.

We haven’t had humidity this low though for as long as I can remember. Usually 70-75 at 3 am with 90% humidity and I’m like good god going to work. Lately I’ve had to wear a long sleeve shirt riding in with same temp feeling chilly.

Hot…yes but not that bad…maybe the breeze off the bay kept me cool and then my neighbors pool was refreshing as well.
