Welcome! Been waiting for your arrival.Somehow last night I happily stumbled on NY Angler. I'm delighted to see a real new substantive saltwater fishing forum for the NY area to replace the sad shell of noreast.com. Great to see many of my noreast friends on board here too. Let's try to make this site work.

Captain Wylie is awesome. He and I just got back from fishing for grander blue marlin in the Galapagos Islands. Wylie managed to catch and release a 1200 plus pounder after a five hour fight. I lost a 900 plus pounder which jumped about a dozen times, nearly spooled me on the Penn 70, and then jumped on and broke the line. Our friend landed and released the only fish we could handle at the boat -- a 300 pounder. Other than that, Capt. Wylie is running loads of trips on his Jillybird Fishing Charters out of Key Biscayne. Thanks for asking.Glad you joined ! Always enjoyed reading your reports ! How is Capt. Wylie doing these days ?
Mojoe, buddy! Great to find you here. I guess I'm a little late to the table. Capt. Wylie is doing great running charters out of Key Biscayne, Florida on his Jillybird Fishing Charters. He runs a 31 Contender with twin 300 Yamaha outboards. The boat is a true beast, and Capt. Wylie has become a real South Florida pro when he's not running off to Bimini in the Bahamas to nail a bunch of wahoo. Say hi to Maureen for us. All the best.welcome capt jilly,, hope all is well with you,,,,,hows your son doing,,,,,,,,><)))):>
Nice to have found this site, Joe B. I've decided to move my boat to Montauk this June, once I run her up from Miami. I've given up on the Western Sound after the Spring bass run (which was the best in history last spring). If I never see another porgy ... lol. But I've still got a bunch of boats to jump on in the Mamaroneck area so you'll see me out there. All the best.As they say, better late...oh never mind... good to see you here. ??
Hey, I'm a lawyer.Jilly from Mam'k - welcome again!
