Yes, its a known fact he's been in and out trouble for a long time and he has done some BAD things but at least this time it's ONLY not re-registering and reporting his address which of course is wrong but at least he didn't get caught with another underage prostitute or in possession of a large amount of coke or something very bad.....

Supposedly his is in the middle of a divorce and his Attorney advised him to get out of the house. Still should have registered his new address.
