Looking for winter storage and slip

Happy New Year

I’m looking to help a friend find a slip in the Queens area, preferably by Howard Beach. Owner at his dock charged him 1600 just to leave the boat in the slip over the winter and and also advised him the slip will also double this year since they are at full capacity. Boat is 27 ft inboard

Not Queens but close DiMiglios,Travelers and Bay End all in brooklyn right off the Belt Pwky. at flatbush ave. All on Jamaica bay.

Right on i docked at Dimiglios last before moving to Howard Beach and was at Bay End before that

If I can’t find a space for him by HB I may suggest Bay End as last resort
