I stopped by the local tabbacy shop to shoot the breeze with the boss there and paid 18 dollas in DERP tax.

He is struggling to pay his rent, like so many other brick and mortar stores around here.

The Vitamin Shope is not renewing their lease next month leaving 3 stores open on a block that had 7 store fronts. The Starbucks on that street closed a few month ago.
You know things are tough when a Starbucks closes a store near you.
