it’s changed , i have a friend from florida who came back for a visit , she says i can’t believe the changes… bike lanes, outdoor dining sheds, obvious closed storefronts… Broadway shows struggle…

there is a certain attraction people from around the world wanna see.. C22…

I was in there 2 days a week when I was working - had an office in the GM Building (42nd floor) on 5th & 59th. Also spent a lot of time with family visiting Broadway for shows 4 or 5 times a year. The "City" has such an energy about it. It was invigorating.

It's probably been 4 or 5 years easily since I last visited. And as I said - I miss it.

yeah, some say the congestion tollls will be a deterrent to come into city….

i love assisting tourists wit directions, if they are comfortable wit me , i’ll give them a free key lanyard.. and if they offer me $$$, i’ll tell em to give it any church they walk by… cellie…

yes, office vacancy rate is up too, work from home rules and visible homeless conditions… have a great day... cellie…

wife and took a drive to Jesus lake at Harriman Park… passing tru the picnic area, Korean couple grilling some Fresh Sliced Pork Bellies , know to us as Bacon, but without the curing process… yum…
