I love Anchovies on Pizza In moderation, I would not eat an ANCHOVIE HERO though.

As a teenager , I would take an elderly Italian man snapper fishing... he would make me a sandwich of snapper filets he fermented anchovied style in a porcelain crock...

Da Italian style sandwich would be salted snapper filets, sliced backyard tomatoes, onion & basil... WoW...

I make the anchovies sandwich on occasion wen I’m beach fishing, powerful stuff... hits da spot... cellfish...
