Make your own dough. It's really easy. The trick is to use 00 flour. A bit pricier than all purpose but well worth it if you want the proper consistency.

it's the water in FLorida - passes through too much limestone - found one decent pizza place & one decent bagel place near my mom's home - one owned by a New Yorker & one owner by a Jerseyite - they had water shipped down from thoise two states

Grandma pies are the best as long as the crust is thin with no meat and lots of Basil.

Salad pizza and a Stromboli from Sardo’s pizza in Greenlawn (the old Spinelli’s) they did a really good job renovating the shop and upgrading the space and menu whe the brothers retired this summer. It’s packed every night there for dine in and take out.

one wonders where people can up with claims like this? It's not like they sampled every freakin' pizza joint in the world to mae this determination

There's a gas station/conveniance outfit down here called Royal Farms with signage that declares "World Famous Fried Chicken". Samething. Bet you could ask someone in Stockholm of they've heard of Royal Farms & I'm prety sure the answers going to be "Royal who?"

But then again - maybe I just over think these things.
