2 weeks ago John Skinner and friends were fishing off of Montauk in rick's 32 foot metal shark cc, guy up in the bow hooks up and lands a 15lb fluke according to the boga scale, officially it weighed in at 14.675 lbs. that's a fish of a life time.11lber on the Snowgoose yesterday. These regs need to be fixed ASAP.Once again Pete sorry to hear about Casey. It's a tough thing to go through. I had a blast fishing you guys, as usual. I still think we should have asked the Captain of the freighter to get off of our spot. I'd also like to mention that we need to update our sea bass regs. There's no doubt more fish were killed by the dozen boats or so than if the season was open. We had to catch and release 50 huge sea bass. Had we been able to keep our 3 fish limit we would have killed nine and left.
