Shirley Watts, who was married to Rolling Stones drummer Charlie from 1964 until his death last year, has died after a short illness, according to a statement from her family. She was 84.

Sometime people die of sadness, she probably was not happy in this life without him.
I think that's what happended to my mother. Buried 2 husbands, Never lived alone. Husband died in December 2020. She was lonely as hell & forced into quartine due to COVID. She died 9 months later in September 2020 @ 88.

Miss you Mom. Merry Christmas & say hi to Dad for me.

Mom and her boys - or "me Boys" as she used to say with an Irish accent.
