I hear now of the high school class trips to far away places. The wife & I were in the same high school class, graduated in 1965, & the class trip was we took the #7 train from Main Street Flushing to the Worlds Fair.

Joe - great video - but - I have to ask. Just how old were you in the '50's & '60's for you to be able to remember this as a way of growing up? I'm thinkin' not very. Believe I'm older then you (67) & I was only 8 years old by the end of the '50's (born 1952). I remember nothing from the '50's other then bits n' pieces.
