Yes but i never had as much success that way. I find It takes alot longer and doesnt get into the meat as goodhave you ever smoked the whole fish?
Hey , I am a novice smoker and I just did some weakfish and bluefish in a wet brine and it came out good. I noticed in your picture that you have spices on a batch. question...do you do a brine and then put spices on the Fish. I thought it was either one or the other.2nd batch from yesterday came out pretty good ?
