just out of the oven,,,,tryed another italian round rustic recipe today,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,very good ,,,,, more moist then last one,,,,,,,,,,,, 2tablespoons of ex virgin olive oil this time in the dough,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,yum yum,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,next time i make one,,,,ill shape it in a long italian bread,,,,,,,our home smells like a brooklyn bread bakery,,,,,,,,,,again has the brooklyn bread taste,,,,,,,,,,,,,not the tap water here,, i used spring water
