made a cheese cake today,,, baked crust first 350* for 15min took it out of oven,,,,,, crust needs to cool down first,,,,poured mix in,,,put cheese cake in again at 350* for 15mins... then down to 275* took 1and a half hours in all ..,,,,made my own gram crust,,,,,,,,,beat the crackers in a bag till i had crumbs,,,,,,,,,no cracks this time,,,,the one small crack is when i put a knife in to see that its done,,,,,,,baked it low and slow,,,,, cooled it down in the oven,,, when i shut oven down,,, when cooled i took it out,,,,,,,,,,,,,,
