A Ukrainian helicopter crew told The Sunday Times that women in the country flash them as they fly overhead to boost their morale in fighting Russia.

He said his crew saves the GPS locations of places where it happens, lighthearted moment in their dangerous and often demoralizing missions against a far superior Russian air force.

One woman even proposed marriage to them by holding up a sign, he said.

These kind of interactions as more viable because the helicopters fly very low to avoid Russian air-defense, often just 15 feet above ground, the Times report said.

The Ukrainian air force is struggling against a far better-armed Russia, Maksym said. The disparity is especially strong between the air forces, which Maksym characterized by saying: "The Russians understand we can do nothing to them in the air."

Ukraine has limited ammunition and no aircraft that counters Russia's newest models in the sky, he said. Half of his unit has already been killed, he added.

After an apparent Ukrainian attack took out the Crimean Bridge out of commission on July 17, Russian civilians are stunned by the government advice they are getting on how to best leave the occupied peninsula for Russia proper.

The panic is evident in their travel chat posts, as shared by Anton Herashchenko, advisor to the Ukrainian Interior Ministry.

In response to the attack on the bridge, Russian authorities have suggested a highly controversial alternative route: directing their citizens to journey home via the temporarily occupied areas of Ukraine’s Kherson, Zaporizhzhya, and Donetsk oblasts. These areas are already strained with logistic issues, having been the transit points for the Russian Armed Forces' supply routes.

However, the Kremlin regime cannot assure safety for its citizens, since these regions are regularly hit by Ukrainian long-range artillery attacks and cruise missile strikes.

These travel risks have caused genuine alarm among Russians who, despite the Ukrainian army's counteroffensive, had chosen to vacation in Crimea. Their fear has morphed into irate posts directed at the Russian authorities.

After the first incident, authorities insisted that ordinary people had nothing to fear: (they claimed) that military dolphins, jellyfish, shrimp, and plankton are guarding the bridge around the clock," one Russian citizen lampooned Moscow’s pledges to secure the bridge in a social media post.

Meanwhile, there are voices assigning blame to the tourists themselves for their current predicament.

A new report published by the Manhattan Institute threw cold water on the purported climate and cost benefits of electric vehicles (EVs) widely touted by lawmakers and automakers.

Overall, the rapid electrification of the U.S. transportation sector would increase consumer costs, make the electric grid more vulnerable to blackouts, threaten national security and may not even lead to fewer greenhouse gas emissions, according to the paper titled "Electric Vehicles for Everyone? The Impossible Dream" and authored by Manhattan Institute senior fellow Mark Mills.

"I think it's morally consequential. It's geopolitically consequential and socially, economically consequential," Mills told Fox News Digital in an interview. "The subsidies and the mandates run the risk of causing maybe the biggest misallocation of capital in modern times in the industrial markets. Hundreds of billions of dollars are going to be spent chasing these mandates, requirements."


"And it won't, as the report shows, it won't achieve the goals intended and the attempt to do so will have enormous economic and social costs because the underlying premises are either incorrect, too poorly understood or too difficult to quantify in order to take the actions that are being taken," he continued.

Mills added that there are "realistic scenarios" where driving an electric vehicle will cause greater global emissions than driving an internal combustion engine.

There is no special sleeping quarters for BCT. If this is real, she probably found out by now that shitting in the field is cleaner than in the unmaintained porta-potys, she’ll be pinching a loaf right next to the boys, and wait till she finds out most of the girls are ?.
