Right, hang up……start over Monday.
You gotta either wear them down or keep calling in until you get someone who can see you called 20 times already amd have not made any progress, eventually a good supervisor will take the call and give you a extended promo deal.

I got tierd of calling in every year after the deal ends and they raise the price so I locked in a fixed priced at a reduced service and no longer have to call in after promo deal expires.

THEY ARE CRIMINALS. ripping off older people, the younger generation does not use them.

Really , I have a friend who is doing lawn service amd not sure what he should be charging, he’s a kid but learned how to do a good job of it.
