Putting my tools together to start the demo on my 3 seasons room. Hopefully I’ll find out why there’s a leak still coming from the roof. Me thinks it may have to do with leaky gutters coming off the house, finding a small crack and running through the crack into the inside of the room. Once I get the Sheetrock off I’ll have a better idea. Probably going to flex seal the inside of the gutters and wait and see when it rains on Monday.

I always use masonry paint. I don’t remember the brand.

Just got back from Home Depot. Ripped half of the ceiling down and bagged it all up. Having a quick lunch and back to it. I really enjoy doing demo. Maybe I found a viable business idea for myself with relatively low overhead.

All the Sheetrock and old insulation has been ripped down, broken up, and bagged. The total is 16 big black contractor bags. I also ripped up the old carpet and insulation that was under the carpet. I’m beat.

Going to make a margarita after a nice hot shower. Then some dinner.
