Found one like in my yard a few years ago and got it to "Avian Haven", a bird rescue group in Maine. They said it was very common for young Coopers Hawks to break their backs testing their abilities, especially the males. Don't know if the little guy made it or not...
I brought it to that guy that posted it on FB. He does wildlife rescues. Said the bird had a swollen wing and an issue with his eye. But he will be fine in couple weeks.
