Besides not having to cut the grass, another advantage of a sustained drought without watering the lawn, is one can easily find those pipes...

I "trimmed" the parts of the lawn in the shade and others that continued to grow today. Took all of 10 min using the walk behind mower. Haven't had the Zero Turn out for over 6 weeks now!!

Today is the birthday anniversary of Carl 'Alfalfa' Switzer! He was an American singer, child actor, dog breeder, and guide. He was best known for his role as Alfalfa in the short subjects series Little Rascals.

After the last stop today my son and I stopped at the new Amazon Fresh grocery store.
It was way more technology than I’m ready for.
Pulling into the parking spot they have car chargers like I’ve never seen, and solar panels on the roof of the shopping cart corral’s.
To enter the store you scan your Amazon app and the gate opens to let you in. Then you grab your groceries and put them in a bag and scan your phone and walk out. They know what you have , no need for cashiers ( but they do have a couple baggers) if you need them.
They have a salad bar, pizza store and seafood department too.
I’m not ready for this type of shopping.
