Just got in from Cape May. Was a great week.

Finally home enjoying a cocktail

Wondering what’s wrong with me.
No problems all day, but on the ride home I got a knot in my back by my shoulder blade. By the time I got home my whole left side hurt so bad it felt like I had broken ribs( yes I had that happen on my right side).
I’m in less pain now, it only hurts when I breath? but when I first got home I was in the most pain I’ve felt in a long long time.
My son said maybe I’m dehydrated .
Drank water all day and had. Gatorade and 4 waters since I been home.
Humm?

Electric Bill ? was a shock from a $400 July period, 0.26/kwh..,

records from 2020, $300 @ 0.19 kwh.. for remarkably the nearly identical usage…

2021 rates were same as 2020, 0.19 kwh…

two in wall A/C units are the culprits… ??

wader ours from $90,,,, less too some months,,, but this month $114 with central air,, its been 95+hot hot hot ,,,,we have big 6rooms and air on,,its all elec here as you know,, no gas we save on that too from ny ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,less to live dowm here for sure,,exx for the food ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, ><)))):>

drinking water alone may not help wit dehydration… part of the equation is the sweating out of essential minerals, salts & others… cellie…
