All we have are Ballot Questions of Citizen Initiatives & Constitutional changes. Need a law degree to figure them out, but I have my "cheat sheet" ready.

One of the "Initiatives" is to set up an public Electric Company like LI did a few years ago. You can guess my vote on that one based on the howling & wailing I've heard from LI since LIPA started. I've always leaned to the Devil you know...

The other DAFQ is a question regarding a "double secret probation" part of the State Constitution, and I'm not kidding. There are parts of our state constitution regarding the Native American Tribes that are not published on printed copies of the Constitution, even though they ARE in the constitution!! This question asks if we should be publishing this "Top Secret" information on printed copies. You just can't make this shit up!!

I think Suffolk and Huntington had only two rows R &D. Could be wrong.
