Based on this picture that FishGuy took and posted on his IG today, I'm preparing to have oceanfront property tomorrow morning
There is nothing left to stop the predicted 10'+ surf thats coming overnight and into tomorrow.
The restaurants, commercial dock, etc is gonna take a beating. Dune Rd further west across from my neighborhood is just as bad from what I'm told

About the same amount of flooding in my neighborhood and our marina. Will have to assess the overall damage this week
